1. Entry into the competition is your acceptance of these terms.
2. This competition is promoted by HarperCollins Publishers and Premium Outlets.  
3. The prize is for four people sharing two double rooms at the Tropicana Las Vegas hotel for 3 nights on a room only basis, and includes four return economy flights from London to Las Vegas. Regional supplements may apply. The prize does not include transfers either in the UK or USA.
4. Prize excludes international airport taxes, supplements, upgrades, travel insurance, visas, and other incidentals. The prize winners are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, travel insurance and the correct visas where necessary.
5. Entrants must be UK or Ireland residents and over 18yrs old. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries received.
6. Responsibility will not be accepted for damaged, lost or delayed entries and the winning decision is final.  
7. The competition closes 31 March 2012 and the winner will be notified by 15 April 2012.  
8. Flights must be booked at least 45 days in advance of travel – exclusion dates may apply and these will be specified when the winner is notified.  
9. The prize is subject to availability, non transferable, non-divisible and no cash alternative is offered.  
10. Entries are limited to one per person and one per household.  
11. No purchase is necessary.  
12. Entrants accept that if they win, HarperCollins will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name for the purpose of announcing the winner of this competition and for related promotional purposes.  
13. Any dispute relating to this competition shall be subject to the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.  
14. HarperCollins excludes all liability, so far as is permitted by law, which may arise in connection with this competition.  
15. HarperCollins reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage.  
16. Holiday subject to availability and no warranty is given as to the quality of the prize.
